Life of pi... Is a real feel good movie... In this movie, we can touches of avatar and other english movies... But it is definately a must watch as it is really interesting in each n every scene...
Pi... Is a famous value in mathematics (3.14)... But in this movie, it is the name of the hero(imran khan)shortened form of pisine...
Hero's uncle teaches swimming in his young age which helps him in his life troubling sequence which is the turning point of the movie...
Hero's father runs a zoo but as the land belongs to government and asked to vacate the zoo with the animals... The entire family leaves india with the animals in a ship...
When ship was crusing at a very high speed, ship gets strangled in a cyclone and gets drowned... Hero alone escapes and stays in a life boat along with zebra, monkey and wolf and tiger (richard parker)...
Zebra and monkey where killed by wolf and wolf was killed richard parker tiger... Rest of the story goes like how hero stays alive in the same boat with the tiger... Atlast both of them were saved... Richard parker goes into forest without any signal to imran khan and it is real touching scene...
It is a must watch in 3D, as the scenes are really apt for 3D.. You can see touches of avatar in ocean scenes and in an island..
