Why kolaveri song became huge hit?

One cannot imagine the fame reached by "why this kolveri song?" in 2011. Everyone enjoyed and loved the song but i don't know whether anyone had thought about the reason for it.

Do you think is it because of dhanush?
Do you think is it because of anirudh?
Do you think is it because of aishwariya rajinikanth?
Do you think is it because of shruthi hassan?

I agree that dhanush is a famous star in kollywood but why didn't his other movie songs get an response like this?

I agree that anirudh had composed it very well but i feel he would give better composition in his future assignments than kolaveri...

I agree that aishwariya is the daughter of superstar rajinikanth, if rajinikanth has an impact, all the songs and movie should have reached the same level but none other than kolaveri was able to... Why?

Reasons are very simple...

i. Lyrics are written in global language (i.e) english

ii. Rhyming in the lyrics is so catchy...

iii. Song theme is based on love which is globally recognized and also it criticizes women...

iv. Raw voice of dhanush and the freshness

v. Peppy music from anirudh.. You can feel fresh air in his music..

vi. It is released in youtube, worlds largest video streaming repositary and you know the number of views today..

vii.  Last but not least, thanks to the social networking giant facebook, millions and millions of shares made for this video and made it go beyond boundaries and reach the ultimate.
